Greek Styled Lamb Kebabs

Ingredients
800 grams lean lamb, cubed
1/2 cup of olive oil.
2 tablespoons lemon juice.
1 small onion, finely diced.
2 tablespoons fresh parsely, chopped.
2 drops tabasco sauce.
4 skewers (soaked for 1 hour if bamboo).
Salt and pepper to season.
Method
Mix all the ingredients into a bowl and stir well to combine.
Add the lamb, toss to coat and let marinade for 30 minutes.
Heat a ridge grill to medium high.
Thread the lamb onto the skewers.
Cook the lamb until done to desired degree, basting and turning frequently.
Serving
Serve with good crusty bread and a nice Greek salad with good fresh feta and kalamata olives.
