Crafty Meals is about giving people recipes that they can use.
The recipes on this site are derived from following a meal plan we devised when we decided enough was enough, and it was time to nourish our bodies with quality foods, low in fats and salt, yet high in dietary fibre, fruit and vegetables. We use all the recipes on this site in rotation, so yes there are a few naughty treats! We just don’t eat those meals every second day.
It should go without saying but I will spell it out plain and simple. We are not aware of your health situation, nor are we are dieticians. When you start your healthy lifestyle changes, it is essential you consult with your physician about the changes you plan to make and seek their advice. Starting any program without consulting your physician places you at real risk of health complications. Know your current health baselines, and in conjunction with health professionals, work out a program that suits your current condition.
